- How do I make a reservation?
Please fill out the required information on the reservation page of our website.
After submitting your registration, we will send you a form to confirm the details.
Once we receive the completed form, your reservation will be finalized.
- How do I make a payment?
After your reservation is accepted, we kindly ask you to transfer a deposit of XX% within XX days.
The remaining balance must be paid by XX months prior to the tour start date.
- What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 31 days or more before the tour start date will receive a full refund.
For cancellations made within 30 days of the tour, the following fees will apply:
- Cancellations made 30 to 8 days before the tour start date: 20% of the tour price
- Cancellations made 7 days or less before the tour start date: 50% of the tour price
- In the event of a no-show without prior notice, the cancellation fee is 100% of the tour price
- Is travel insurance required?
We strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance from your home country that covers adventure tours.
We are insured for basic adventure tour coverage, but our policy is only valid within Japan.
Please note it does not cover medical expenses incurred after you return home.
- What kind of accommodations are provided?
We generally use hotels where each room includes a toilet and shower.
- What is an onsen?
An onsen is a communal bath that uses natural hot spring water.
Some hotels offer onsen facilities.
Baths are separated by gender, and swimsuits are not worn.
- What kind of food is provided?
Meals are primarily Japanese cuisine and local dishes prepared with fresh seafood, vegetables, and meat.
If you have dietary restrictions, please let us know at the time of booking.
- What kind of rental bikes are used?
We use the Yamaha CrossCore model. Its wide tires offer stability, and the suspension helps reduce fatigue from road vibrations. The battery lasts over 80km, so it won’t run out during the tour. Our staff will handle recharging after each day’s ride.

- How physically demanding is the tour?
If you regularly take walks or do light exercise, you should have no trouble participating.
E-bikes allow for smooth ascents even on steep hills.
We ride at a comfortable pace, typically between 18–22 km/h, so you won’t feel overwhelmed.
Our guides always check in with guests and maintain a safe, enjoyable rhythm.
- What is the weather like?
Shikoku has a relatively high rate of sunny days and mild weather compared to other regions in Japan.
If it rains, we may substitute cycling with sightseeing depending on conditions.Average temperatures vary by month.

- What should I wear?
Any comfortable clothing and shoes suitable for physical activity are fine.
