What is an onsen?

An onsen is a communal bath that uses natural hot spring water.
Some hotels offer onsen facilities.
Baths are separated by gender, and swimsuits are not worn.

What kind of food is provided?

Meals are primarily Japanese cuisine and local dishes prepared with fresh seafood, vegetables, and meat.
If you have dietary restrictions, please let us know at the time of booking.

What kind of rental bikes are used?

We use the Yamaha CrossCore model. Its wide tires offer stability, and the suspension helps reduce fatigue from road vibrations. The battery lasts over 80km, so it won’t run out during the tour. Our staff will handle recharging after each day’s ride.

How physically demanding is the tour?

If you regularly take walks or do light exercise, you should have no trouble participating.
E-bikes allow for smooth ascents even on steep hills.
We ride at a comfortable pace, typically between 18–22 km/h, so you won’t feel overwhelmed.
Our guides always check in with guests and maintain a safe, enjoyable rhythm.
